• Customers are required to wear a face mask before entrance the entity. MAX massage reserves the right to refuse service if customers refuse to wear a mask. (If needed, we provide disposable face mask to customers )
  
• Temperature check via a touchless thermometer prior to your service (Clients with a temperature of 100.4 or higher must reschedule their appointment with no late cancel fee or penalty)
  
• Please maintain social distancing 6 feet apart, customers are asked to wait outside or in their cars instead of waiting in the reception areas.
  
• We are required customers to use the hand sanitizer when they enter our entity.
• We clean and disinfected the entity from time to time, enhanced cleaning procedures including 15 minutes between each appointment to deep clean suites and common areas.
  
• All staff members will wear a mask when working or during any interaction with clients. 
• All staff members will get a temperature screening at the start of their shift to make sure the temperature of 100.4 or lower. 
  
• Our staff members will also be educated with information about sanitation and hygiene standards when working with clients.
